Bloom is a marketplace that connects customers with local florists for the ordering and delivery of flowers. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place orders.
2. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You agree to provide accurate account and delivery information.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
3. Orders & Delivery
- Orders are fulfilled by independent local florists. Product availability, pricing, and delivery times are set by each florist.
- Flowers are natural products; exact appearance may vary from images shown.
- Same-day delivery depends on order time and florist availability and is not guaranteed.
- You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices and any delivery fees are shown before you confirm an order. You agree to pay the total displayed at checkout.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Because flowers are perishable and prepared to order, cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the order status and the fulfilling florist's policy. Contact us as early as possible for help with an order.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to disrupt the service, access it through unauthorized means, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, its content, and branding are owned by Bloom or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloom is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
