Super Pool — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Super Pool (the "Game"), operated by Easy Technology ("we", "our", "us"). By installing or using the Game you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. If you are between 13 and the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account, transfer ownership, or sell virtual goods for real money outside the in-app store.

3. Virtual currency & in-app purchases

Coins, Cash, and other virtual goods purchased in the Game have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.
All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their refund policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
Restoring previous purchases is available in Settings → Restore Purchases.
Virtual currency is non-transferable and cannot be migrated between Apple and Google accounts.

4. Conduct rules

You agree not to:

Cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, or use unauthorised tools.
Harass, threaten, or impersonate other players in chat or voice.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or art assets from the Game.
Sell, lease, or distribute the Game or any of its components.

Violations may result in suspension or permanent account termination without refund.

5. Voice chat

Voice chat is opt-in. Audio is streamed live to other players in the same room and is not stored. You are responsible for the content of your voice transmissions; we may suspend voice access if we receive credible reports of abuse.

6. User content

By choosing a username, avatar, or chat message you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display that content within the Game to other players. You retain ownership.

7. Updates

We may release updates that change game balance, currency rates, or remove features. Continued use of the Game after an update constitutes acceptance of the changes.

8. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that matchmaking will always find an opponent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Technology will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for in-app purchases in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile → Delete Account. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms; deleted accounts forfeit any remaining virtual currency.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Easy Technology is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
