Super Pool — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Easy Technology ("we", "our", "us")
collects, uses, and shares information when you play Super Pool (the
"Game"). By installing or using the Game you agree to the practices below.
1. Information we collect
- Account data — when you sign up with email, we store
your email address and a salted password hash via PlayFab. Anonymous
players are identified by a randomly generated guest ID stored only
on your device.
- Gameplay data — match results, level, XP, currency
balances, owned cues / avatars, daily-bonus state.
- Voice chat — when you join a voice room your
microphone audio is streamed in real time to the players in that
room via Photon Voice. Audio is not recorded or stored.
- Diagnostic data — device model, OS version, crash
logs, and aggregated session metrics so we can fix bugs.
- Purchases — Apple App Store / Google Play handles
payment. We receive only the transaction receipt and product
identifier; we never see your card details.
2. How we use your information
- Run multiplayer matches and synchronise your progress across devices.
- Detect and fix crashes, performance issues, and abuse.
- Process in-app purchases and restore previous purchases.
- Send optional push notifications (only with your consent).
3. Third-party services
The Game uses:
- PlayFab (Microsoft) — accounts, leaderboards, cloud save.
- Photon (Exit Games) — multiplayer matchmaking and voice chat.
- Unity Gaming Services — analytics and crash reporting.
- Apple App Store / Google Play — in-app purchases and store reviews.
Each service has its own privacy policy; we recommend reading them.
4. Children's privacy
The Game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly
collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a
child under 13 has provided us with information, contact us and we will
delete it.
5. Your rights
- Access & deletion — you can delete your account
and all associated data from Settings → Profile → Delete
Account. The deletion is final and cannot be reversed.
- Analytics opt-out — toggle off "Share gameplay
analytics" in Settings.
- Voice chat — disabled by default until you join a
voice room. You can leave a room at any time.
6. Data retention
We retain account and gameplay data for as long as your account is
active. After account deletion, residual backup copies may persist for
up to 30 days before being purged.
7. Security
We use TLS for all network traffic and PlayFab handles password
hashing with industry-standard algorithms. No system is perfectly
secure; report concerns to the contact address below.
8. Changes to this policy
We will revise this policy from time to time. The "Effective version"
header at the top of this page is bumped on any material change, and
the in-app consent dialog re-prompts you to review.
