NowAlarm wakes you with the sun instead of a clock. If something's not working the way you expect, start here — or skip straight to the bottom to reach us directly.
That's on purpose. Sunrise and sunset alarms are meant to be woken to gradually, not fought with and deferred nine minutes at a time. If you dismiss it, it's dismissed — the next occurrence resolves against the next sunrise or sunset automatically.
Two permissions matter most:
Alarm access: Settings → NowAlarm → make sure "Alarms" is allowed. Without it, nothing can be scheduled.
Location access: without a location, NowAlarm can't calculate that day's sunrise/sunset time. Grant location access, or set a manual location from inside the app.
Every new install gets 14 days of full access, no payment required up front. After the trial ends, an active subscription is needed to keep sunrise and sunset alarms running.
Open the paywall screen and tap Restore Purchases. Apple verifies your existing subscription against the Apple ID you're signed in with and restores it instantly — no need to contact us.
Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple: open the Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → NowAlarm. We don't have a separate cancellation flow, and we never see your payment details.
No. Sunrise/sunset math runs entirely on your device once it has a location fix. NowAlarm works fully offline, including in airplane mode.
Send a note with your device model and iOS version if it's a bug — it helps us track it down faster.
