NowAlarm is built to work entirely on your device. There is no NowAlarm server — nothing you do in the app is collected, sold, or shared, because there is nowhere for it to go.
NowAlarm uses your location for one purpose: calculating today's sunrise and sunset time for your alarms. That calculation happens on your device. Your location is cached locally so alarms resolve instantly, and it is never transmitted anywhere, logged, or shared.
You can deny location access and enter a location manually instead, or revoke access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services.
Alarms are scheduled directly on your device through Apple's AlarmKit and local notification frameworks. NowAlarm has no backend to schedule them from, and no record of your alarms ever leaves your phone.
Subscription purchases are handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit. NowAlarm never sees your card number, billing address, or Apple ID — that transaction is covered by Apple's own privacy policy.
NowAlarm is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes, the update date at the top of this page will change with it. Continued use of NowAlarm after an update means you accept the revised policy.
